Kiyosaki wrote a book together titled “Why We Want You To Be Rich” and in it, the only industry they devoted an entire chapter to is Network Marketing. These are two of the greatest mentors of our time on how to achieve success and if they agree with me that this is an industry here to stay. Network Marketing, has come a long way in the sense that you longer have to go banging on your neighbors doors or annoy family members/friends asking them to go sell some vitamins for you. The internet has opened so many doors for this and every other major industry. Now you can reach your target market with such ease which is why Network Marketing is a great home based business opportunity for anyone who is willing to learn how to market effectively. When choosing a Network Marketing company to join one of the most important factors that will determine the level of success you will have will be the compensation plan. There are many different compensation plans which include: • One Tier Plans: this is where you would only receive compensation from your personal sales alone • Two Tier Plans: this plan offers compensation to you on your personal sales as well any sales made by your team of distributors (known also as your down line) • Pass-up Plans: this is where a specified number of first sales would go directly to your Sponsor (the Person that signed you up) before you would make one cent. I would suggest staying away from these type of programs due to the facts that: 1. You will most likely run out of money for advertising before you earn any money for yourself 2. In these type of programs your Sponsor will only be making money off your first few sales which gives him little motivation to help for the long term 3. You will being putting in so much effort without receiving any type of compensation which is a huge reason over 90% of people who join Network Marketing will not make it in this industry • MLM: which stands for Multi-Level Marketing which is where you will receive commissions on a specified number of levels starting with your sales Ex. Imagine that you sign up Joe as a new distributor who then signs up Mary who brings in Tony. If your company paid down to 4 levels you would receive a commission on every one of their sales including your own. This is usually the plans used by low priced items such as discounts for fees such as Ameriplan or vitamins sales which can lead to big commissions when you successfully construct a deep down line There are also additional ways to earn income through Network Marketing that comes from the same sales and distributors you bring into the company known as Residual Income. One type of Residual Income comes from the monthly membership fees that are paid to keep your account with the company which a commission is some times paid to the Sponsoring member. Also, many of the great Network Marketing companies with top priced products suck as Carbon Copy Pro have come up with a great way to earn its distributors small commissions off of a small front end item such as an informational product or sample that will sell anywhere from $1-99. By doing this, its distributors earn commission's of anywhere from 30-50% that will keep you in the game of advertising and allow you to earn money. You can even earn commissions from potential prospects who decide not to join so you don’t run out of advertising money before making a back end sale. This is a business for those willing to master online and off line marketing, the action takers, goal getters not just goal setters!
